Hotel Brienzerburli ***

The traditional, cosy family hotel situated in the Bernese Oberland, where all quests, whether from near or far immediately feel at home.

You will find our hotel at the heart of the village of Brienz, famed for its woodcarving tradition, unique wooden chalets and unspoilt cobbled streets, the spectacular scenery of the lake and surrounding mountains. The lakeside can be reached directly from the hotel.

The Brienzerburli, named after a famous yodel, is well known as a hotel and restaurant near and far.

Our hotel has two buildings. All rooms are equipped with television, radio, wireless internet and safe - they are all non-smoking. The hotel has an excellent fire prevention system.

At the Brienzerburli, all rooms can be reached by lift and are therefore suitable for people in wheelchairs. The rooms at the Brienzerburli all have bathrooms with either a bath or shower and a toilet.

Our second building, the Löwen, is situated directly by the lake and has three apartments with the same standard of comfort as the Brienzerburli. An apartment is ideal for four people - two double rooms, a living room and a bathroom. Just the thing for families !

We serve a generous breakfast buffet with bread and cakes from our own bakery, in summer this can be enjoyed on the lakeside terrace.

On previous demande, we will collect you free of charge on your arrival at the station Brienz with our hotel bus.

For guests who enjoy sports, we have mountain bikes, water bikes, table tennis and our own water-skiing boat.
